| A Note on Our Editorial Process |
We have five editors. Each editor reads each submission. Then
each editor votes YES, NO, or MAYBE for each piece. The
titles of the pieces with the majority vote, or the most yeses, are
posted on our website on the WORKS ACCEPTED page.
We read from Sunday through Saturday, and then make
decisions the following Sunday for all works received the week
prior. Decisions are then posted on the WORKS ACCEPTED
page on Sunday or Monday. After the initial response to let
you know we received your submission, we no longer respond
directly to submissions. The titles posted on the WORKS
ACCEPTED page are the pieces that will be in the upcoming
issue.
Because of our reading cycle, you will have a response within a
week. Just be sure to check the WORKS ACCEPTED page.
